1. Who we are

Aivon Ghosh Advisory provides agriculture and crop-input advisory, digital services and customer-growth support. We are responsible for the information you provide through this website and for how we use it to handle your inquiry.

This statement covers our public website. Information handled as part of a client project or a separately provided Heal Desk service may be covered by additional terms agreed for that engagement.

2. Information we receive

• Inquiries: your name, email address, selected service and message. A phone number is optional. We also receive any business information you choose to include.
• Direct conversations: information you share when you email, call or contact us through WhatsApp or social media.
• Website requests: our hosting provider processes technical details such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and request times to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.
• Your preferences: your privacy choice and, if you allow it, your preferred translation language are stored in your browser.

Please keep inquiries relevant to your business needs. Do not include passwords, payment details, identity documents, personal health information or confidential customer records. Our careers page currently has no vacancies or application-upload form.

3. How we use information

We use inquiry information to answer questions, discuss requirements, prepare proposals and arrange follow-up. We also use relevant records to manage an ongoing business relationship, resolve issues and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, this processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, perform an agreed engagement, pursue our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and keeping the website secure, or comply with legal obligations. Optional language storage is based on your choice and can be switched off at any time.

Submitting the contact form does not subscribe you to a mailing list. The website does not use advertising pixels or visitor-profiling tools, and it does not make automated decisions about you.

4. Service providers and external links

Website hosting and forms. We use Netlify to host the website and receive contact-form submissions. Submitted information is available to us through Netlify’s form service. See Netlify’s privacy information ↗.

Communications. Email, telephone and messaging providers process communications when you contact us through those channels. Information may also be shared where needed to carry out an agreed engagement or comply with a legal obligation.

Website languages. Where supported, our language menu translates current public website text using your browser’s on-device translation. Your browser may download a language pack. The menu does not translate or send form entries to a translation service. Other browsers may offer their own Translate control, governed by their provider’s privacy practices. Automatic translations can contain errors; English is the original. PDFs, screenshots and video remain in their original language.

Social platforms. LinkedIn, Instagram, X and WhatsApp links take you to services with their own privacy practices. Their content is not embedded in our pages. Our video and portfolio previews are served directly by this website.

Providers may process information in countries other than your own. The location and protections depend on the service used. We do not sell information submitted through this website.

5. Cookies and browser preferences

Our website uses browser storage to remember the choices below. It does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and the locally hosted video and portfolio viewer do not require third-party cookies.

These choices are kept in your browser and are not submitted with your inquiry. If you allow language preferences, your selected language can be offered on later visits, depending on browser support. Without that preference, the language can follow links during your visit using the page address. Your browser’s preferred language may be used to suggest a language; we do not use location tracking for this. External websites manage their own cookies; our settings cannot change those.

You can change or reset your choice below or through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Clearing your browser’s site data also removes saved preferences. If browser storage is blocked, the site remains usable, but your choice may not carry over to the next page.

6. Keeping information

How long we retain an inquiry depends on its purpose, whether it leads to an ongoing engagement, and any applicable contractual, tax, accounting or dispute-related requirements. You can contact us about the information connected to your inquiry and request its deletion where it is no longer needed.

Browser preferences have the periods listed above. Those periods apply to the website’s saved choices, not to messages already sent to us or records kept by external services.

7. Your choices and requests

You can ask us about information you have provided, request access or correction, ask for deletion, or tell us you no longer want follow-up. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy of your information, withdraw consent, or complain to a relevant data-protection authority.

Contact enquiry@growwithaga.com or use the contact form and select “Privacy request”. We may need enough information to verify that a request relates to you. Please do not send identity documents unless we discuss a suitable way to verify the request.

Changing cookie preferences does not delete an inquiry you have already sent; please contact us separately about that information.

We will update this statement when our website or information-handling practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest update.
